The Brazilian squad dropped by the Frito Lay headquarters today, in Plano, to help promote the cultural awareness as part of Dallas Cup Inc.’s Dallas Is Diversity Program. Fresh off of two wins in the first round of the Dr Pepper Dallas Cup XXVIII, Sao Paulo FC signed autographs for over an hour for employees and family members of Frito Lay. Afterwards the squad was given a tour of the facilities, then treated to lunch with executives and select employees in a private dining room. Frito Lay and the Brazilian Delegation exchanged gifts as a thank you to the hospitality. Employees were able to get their picture taken with The Lamar Hunt Super Cup along with various team members and a drawing was held for team autographed soccer balls.
Sao Paulo FC plays tomorrow night, Wednesday, April 4, against Shamrock Rovers of Ireland at Pizza Hut Park, starting at 8 p.m.
Dallas Cup, Inc. is excited to have Frito Lay on board with its Diversity program, which will be helping the organization conduct six soccer clinics throughout the metroplex this summer and participate in their art education and wellness program.
